Regarding about the problems for some fans who prefer IMOQ than G.U. leading them to not buy Last Recode (PLEASE READ THIS!!)

I aware that some people might be disappointed or confused about .hack//G.U. Last Recode getting remastered/remade instead IMOQ.

There are also some people who said something like this.

"G.U. is a bad game"

"The game is repetitive"

"I prefer IMOQ instead G.U."

We already demanded IMOQ Remake for a decade since 2012 since .hack//Versus, along with us wanted for the series to return to be released outside Japan and we continuously and rapidly demanded it on CyberConnect 2 and Bandai Namco for IMOQ remake, until we got .hack content. Although it's .hack//G.U. that was getting remastered instead IMOQ. For PS4 and Steam.

But at least we are all happy that we got at least one .hack content that we always sought for it and that was the best day we had in 2017 with all people coming back together and talking more about the series they love.

We play our childhood game once more and more and continue to cherish the moments that we had together for the series. I've been hopeful that many people can come back more along with new players to play this masterpiece.

But a year later, the sales copies for .hack//G.U. Last Recode announced and it was only 300k copies worldwide, including digital sales as well. At first, I didn't know sales could play a role in the series continuation until now, and Bandai was really only thinking about money at this point, which saddened me a little, but surprised how this practice came to be for most publishers.

As according to Hiroshi Matsuyama in his Piroshi Q&A #18 regarding rebooting the .hack series, he says that no matter how many requests which 100, 1000, or even 10.000 request been made toward Bandai, it would not work as one way, fans need to support the series monetary by buying .hack//G.U. Last Recode, so it could prove Bandai to make the .hack series continue, a possible chance for IMOQ remake will not be a fairy tale.

But the issues came with people who needed help with how the G.U. series handles, including gameplay, story, settings, characters, repetitiveness, and anything, which led toward major poor sales for the remastered version.hack//G.U.

I won't say they were selfish or being ego or something, I understand how much they love .hack//IMOQ, but the series won't continue if some people still don't want to buy G.U. and prefer IMOQ to be remade.

It's very natural that sometimes we had a hard time making a decision whether we should try and buy G.U. Last Recode or not, afraid that the game was a bad experience, or still believing that IMOQ is a good game instead G.U. that somehow makes us don't want to play G.U. and not buy G.U. Last Recode?

No offense tho, but how about we put aside our ego for once, and at least try playing it, even though it's repetitive as people might think, even though the story, gameplay, settings, and elements, might not be good as how you guys play IMOQ on PS2 back in the day. But it still makes you feel how you guys play an MMORPG like IMOQ did, even if the story might not work for you, at least you could try and adapt how the story, gameplay, areas, combat, and much more can change your heart at the moment you experienced all this.

We still doing our mission to make #dothack trends and tagging @BandaiNamcoUS and Bnei875 know that we want a .hack remake, but we mustn't forget that introducing to people who are new to the series and buying .hack//G.U. Last Recode on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 (via backward compatibility), Nintendo Switch, and Steam are also playing a factor in the series' success. Our journey is not finished yet, we must do our mission to realize our dream to its fullest.

I want to apologize to people and fans who read this article as disturbing for some of you or a few, but I want to address these issues and try to fix those to become better, but I know not all of them can be fixed, but it is what it is. Hopefully, we can rally people to make #dothack trends once more and spread .hack//G.U. Last Recode is far wider to new players who haven't tried it.
